THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL

The following terms of service will become in full effect when you submit your Application for The Descendants Council.

Effective Date: These terms become effective upon submission of your Application for The Descendants Council.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your application to THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL (KARMUH INC LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Onboarding and Membership Access

If you are officially inviting to become a Member, you will be scheduled for your onboarding call. You will gain access to the DESCENDANTS COUNCIL Membership community, which includes direct communication with our team and detailed information regarding your participation in THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL.

3. Confidentiality

3.1 Confidential Information: As a member, you will have access to confidential information. You are required to handle this information with the highest level of discretion and must not disclose it to individuals who are not members.

3.2 Consequences of Breach: Any member who discloses confidential information may be removed from THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL (KARMUH INC LLC) without prior notice or refund.

4. Conduct Policy

4.1 Member Conduct: Members are expected to behave with respect and professionalism at all times.

4.2 Disruptive Behavior: KARMUH INC LLC reserves the right to remove any individual who engages in disruptive behavior from its activities, both online and in person, at its sole discretion.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Notification of Inability to Participate: If you become unable to take part in the Descendants Council membership, you must inform THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL (KARMUH INC LLC) by sending an email to info@descendantscouncil.com or the most current email address designated for membership inquiries. Notification must be provided as soon as possible to allow us to process your request. Please note that no financial refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Instead, eligible members will receive a credit as detailed below.

5.2 Eligibility for Credits: Members who notify KARMUH INC LLC of their inability to participate in accordance with these terms will receive a full credit toward the following year's membership. This credit will be equal to the amount paid for the current year's membership and can only be applied to the next membership cycle.

5.3 Non-Refundable Access: Once you have created your account, your membership becomes non refundable. This policy is strictly enforced due to the sensitive nature of the information available in THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL.

5.4 No Exceptions Policy:

General Rule: No exceptions to the refund and cancellation policy will be granted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

Medical Issues: Illness or medical emergencies.

  1. Personal Matters: Family emergencies or personal issues.

  2. Travel Disruptions: Issues such as visa complications, travel bans, deportation, changes in immigration status, or any other travel related difficulties.

  3. Scheduling Conflicts: Work or personal schedule conflicts.

  4. Force Majeure Events: Circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorist activities, labor disputes, civil unrest, power outages, or any other force majeure events.

Specific Circumstances: To avoid any doubt, THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL (KARMUH INC LLC) will not provide refunds or credits under the following conditions:

Cancellation due to government regulations, orders, or policies.

  1. Changes in your professional or personal situation.

  2. Delays or cancellations in travel plans.

  3. Any other unforeseen or unexpected occurrences.

5.5 Terms of Credit:

Usage Period: Credits must be used within twelve months from the date they are issued. If they are not used within this period, the credit will expire and cannot be reinstated.

Non-Transferability: Memberships, credits, and any applied discounts are strictly non transferable. Credits cannot be transferred to another person or applied to a different account.

Single Use: Any credits or discounts applied to a membership purchase are non refundable and can only be used once. Any unused portion of a membership credit will be forfeited.

5.6 Finality of Decision: All decisions made by THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL (KARMUH INC LLC) regarding refunds, credits, and membership cancellations are final. By purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated in this document and understand that there will be no deviations from this policy.

6. Accountability for Business Dealings and Connections

6.1 No Liability for Member Interactions: THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL (KARMUH INC LLC) provides opportunities for members to connect and interact, but it does not guarantee any specific outcomes from these interactions or business dealings. Members are fully responsible for their own actions and decisions.

6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties: THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL (KARMUH INC LLC) does not endorse or take responsibility for any opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information shared by members or third parties. All interactions and transactions are conducted at the sole risk of the members involved.

6.3 Limitation of Liability: THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL (KARMUH INC LLC) will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from interactions or business dealings between members or between members and KARMUH INC LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

6.4 Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL (KARMUH INC LLC) and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, that arise from their participation in the community or any interactions and business dealings with other members or third parties.

7. General

7.1 Amendments: KARMUH INC LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.

7.2 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state where KARMUH INC LLC is headquartered.

7.3 Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.

7.4 Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and KARMUH INC LLC regarding your membership.

By submitting your Application to THE DESCENDANTS COUNCIL (KARMUH INC LLC), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit your Application.
